10. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For shipping-damage claims, we ask customers to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide the requested photographs of the package, packaging, shipping label and damaged product.

This 24-hour reporting requirement is necessary to allow us to document and submit a transportation damage claim to the courier.

This requirement does not limit or exclude any mandatory statutory consumer rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

11. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues.
