The stone bakes pizza perfectly everytime and reheat time is short.
After buying a biscotto from Amazon and trying it out, it seemed fake because it burned the bottom of the pizza even at 430c.
The biscotto from SaputoBiscotto doesn't burn the bottom of the pizza even at 470c - This stone is the real deal.
